Learn Together, Grow Together

Our community learning approach brings together aspiring traders and financial professionals in small, supportive groups. You'll work directly with peers, share insights, and build the professional network that will support your financial career long after the program ends. Starting September 2025, join a cohort that becomes your trading family.

How Community Learning Works

Instead of isolated study sessions, our approach centers around group dynamics and peer collaboration. Each cohort consists of 8-12 participants who progress through the curriculum together, creating accountability and shared learning experiences.

Study Groups & Peer Sessions

Meet twice weekly with your assigned study group to discuss market movements, review trading scenarios, and practice analysis techniques. These 90-minute sessions become the foundation of your learning experience, where questions are encouraged and different perspectives enrich everyone's understanding.

Collaborative Projects

Work in teams of 3-4 to analyze real market data, create trading strategies, and present findings to the broader cohort. These projects mirror the collaborative nature of professional trading environments and help you develop communication skills alongside technical knowledge.

Mentorship Circles

Each cohort is paired with industry professionals who join monthly group sessions. These aren't formal lectures but informal discussions where mentors share experiences, answer career questions, and provide guidance on navigating the financial industry in Thailand and beyond.

What Our Learning Community Says

"The group discussions completely changed how I approach market analysis. Having different perspectives from my cohort members helped me see patterns I would have missed studying alone. We still meet monthly even after graduating in December 2024."

"Working on the collaborative project about emerging market liquidity was challenging but incredibly rewarding. My team members pushed me to research deeper and present more clearly. The skills I developed there directly helped me in job interviews."
